Cycle Introduction Centennial Park:
meet 6:15am for a 6:30am SHARP start.


includes bike skills, gearing, basic bike mechanics, how to ride hills without dying & pack riding.
- advanced riders will be integrated with Team Bondi Fit packs for intervals!

- Tuesday (Road - advanced or park - rookies).

Run Introduction Day Centennial Park.
8am SHARP start - 15 minutes of Run Drills preparing for our famous Saturday Hilly Test Run!

We also host monthly 5km or 10km runs & this is a perfect opportunity to test your fitness. It doesn't matter what speed you are as this run is about just having a go!

We run a comprehensive run program training for all the major runs including City To Surf, Gold Coast & Sydney Running Festival events. 

Weekly runs are Tuesday Track (Sprints & intervals), Wednesday morning (City Run), Thursday (City To Surf special) & Saturday (long run).

Surf Swim Introduction Swim North Bondi Surf Club - meet 10:15am for 10:30am SHARP start!

If you can swim 1km non-stop freestyle & ready to learn some tricks in the surf, this is for you!

We practise going in/ out through the waves, learn to navigate once out the back, swim in a pack & the big one - catch waves!

Can't make Saturday? Sunday 3pm Coogee Open Water Swim this week - ideal if you are scared of surf! -

Bondi Fit run 14 swim pool squads - 4 of which are a mix of squad & stroke correction drills.
Whether you are a rookie swimmer or a competitive racer, we can help you via our swim test sets, swim stroke drills & basic breathing exercises. 
All swimmers must bring flippers.

Cannot swim 200 metres non-stop? Make sure you also bring a kickboard & we can give you some special breathing drills!

Team Bondi Fit specialise in squad & 1 on 1 Training for Ocean Swims, Fun Runs & Triathlons.
Everyone is welcome from beginners to the pros and we're proud to have an equal mix of chicks and blokes!
Newsflash - the chicks seem to be winning more than the guys at the moment!
Our head coach is surf & triathlon guru Spot Anderson.
Piano Paul is assistant head coach - he specialises in one-on-one swimming, beginner's bike and rookie runners.

Triathlon 

Whilst we specialise in face to face squad coaching, we also have a variety of Beginner options in all sports from 1 on 1 sessions, Beginner Introduction sessions & Beginner Clinics.
 
We truly believe that anyone can be a successful athlete - anything from simply completing a fun run, mini triathlon or the 1km Cole Classic Swim to beating your friends or even placing in your age group - woohoo!!!
You just need to 
make contact 48 hours before your 1st session & then you can turn up - woohoo!!!

Learn to get comfortable in the ocean, how to catch waves & swim with people of similiar ability!
Minimum SAFETY requirement is that you can swim 500 metres non-stop freestyle & can quote a time for this or even better, you have attended a Bondi Fit pool squad. 
You just need to 
make contact 48 hours before your 1st session & then you can turn up - woohoo!!!
More experienced swimmers:
* Saturday 9:30am: 2 coaches with options of 60 - 90 minutes swim 9:30am (1km non-stop freestyle minimum).
* Wednesday 6am swim with the coach session if you can swim 2kms non-stop = we chase waves!!!
* Thursday 6:30pm: swim/ run session includes sand running & shorter ins/ outs through the break (1km non-stop freestyle minimum).
