We offer 4 x weekly squad sessions, always meeting in Centennial Park.

Location: FLAGPOLES are located in front of the Federation Pavilion, CENTENNIAL PARK.
This is on Grand Drive, 500m past the RESTAURANT on the left or 200m past the TOILETS.

We have 2 specific BEGINNER friendly sessions on Tuesday & Saturday!

Whats on this week:

  • Sunday - May 11 & 18: 6.30am road ride from Centennial Park.

* Beginner road ride option: 6.30am - 60km.

You should have done another Bondi Fit cycle session before attempting this session!

* Intermediate option - 80km.

* Advanced option - 100km.

  • Tuesday - Beginner ride now starts at 5.30am SHARP!

We are doing some strength exercises & stretching before the ride from now on - be there!

Road ride: 60km (+)
6.30am sharp.

Participants need to have done another session first if not experienced!

** We regularly have a separate group riding 100km(+) in preparation for Half Ironman & Irnoman events!

 

Tuesday: 5.30am - lights (front & back) are needed for Tuesday ride. No lights = no ride...

We either ride intervals inside Centennial Park or go out on the road to Watsons Bay (hills) or La Perouse (recovery).

This is a critical strength building session designed to increase your anareobic threshold as well as the obvious strength gains!

Yes - you can do this session easy if you are tired!

In the week leading up to major races, we do moderate paced intervals inside Centennial Park.

Beginners Tuesday: 5.30am - lights (front & back) are needed for Tuesday ride. No lights = no ride...

This session is designed to make females feel comfortable riding with people of similiar ability - guys welcome too!
Another session of interest is the Saturday 7am bike/ run, designed for beginners.
We encourage mountain bikers to turn up to this session as a first up session.


Saturday 7am is a BEGINNERS FRIENDLY session with intervals ranging from 4km ride/ 1km (done a few times) up to a single longer ride (20km - 40km depending on ability) & a 3km - 10km run (depending on ability).

Sunday road ride: 6.30am sharp - participants need to have done another session first if not experienced!

Riders will be broken into groups of varying ability levels!

There will always be a Sutherland option (70km), with longer options as per program.

It is safe to say that there will always be a group going to Waterfall (90km) or longer!

- includes stroke correction, squad & surf.

- includes all run sessions.

* Unlimited Triathlon training: $160/ month.

* Personal programs: $260/ month.

1 on 1 - $70.
