Run session follows bike at 8 am....

 

Road ride:

6.30am sharp.

70km or 100km(+).

This is a squad road ride

& is for experienced riders only!

 

Location - Flagpoles: Centennial Park, between Paddington & Woollahra Gates on Grand Drive:

FLAGPOLES are located in front of the Federation Pavilion.
This is on Grand Drive, 500m past the RESTAURANT on the left or 200m past the TOILETS.

We ride intervals inside Centennial Park, Watsons Bay Hills or La Perouse (recovery).

This is a critical strength building session in winter & a harder anaerobic session in the summer season!

Yes - you can do this session easy if you are tired!

As a general rule, there will be an opportunity to ride easy, medium or hard!

In the week leading up to major races, we do moderate paced intervals inside Centennial Park.

Lights (front & back) are needed for Tuesday ride.

The session stays inside Centennial Park: designed to make females feel comfortable riding with people of similiar ability - guys welcome too!

As a general rule, there will be an opportunity to ride easy, medium or hard!
Another session of interest is the Saturday 7am bike/ run, designed for beginners.
We encourage mountain bikers & inexperienced riders to use Saturday as a 1st up training session as it is dark at 6am on Tuesday!

Lights (front & back) are needed for Tuesday ride. No lights = no ride...

1 on 1 advised (7am Tuesday or Saturday: 8am or 9.15am) advised if you cannot ride a bike!

7am session stays inside the park & 6.30am mixes road rides with park sessions!

This session is done via program & participants ride in groups of varying ability levels!

There will always be a Kurnell option (70km), with longer options as per program.

It is safe to say that there will always be a group going to Waterfall (90km) or longer!

 

Tuesday – 5.30am start parking tips - 4 suggestions:

The park is usually locked - it’s hard to pick as they open the gates at different times during the year.

  

           If you come through York Road gates at the bottom of the hill, you will have to ride against traffic for 200 metres

           (be careful if doing this).

          This is approximately 2.5km ride to our meeting place.

Casual rates of $15 or multi casual pass of $100 for 8 visits apply.

1. $120 - unlimited bike & run OR swim & bike OR swim & run.

2. $180 - unlimited swim, bike, run inc. monthly run & triathlon program.

    $150 monthly option for multi month payment.

3. $260 - as above with training diary reviewed, goals set & personalised program needs catered for.
    $199 monthly option for multi month payment.

We run our swim programs from Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, Bondi Icebergs & in the surf at North Bondi.

We are the Stroke Correction specialists!

Team Bondi Fit have been coaching providers for Corporate Triathlons, Fun Runs, Ocean Swims as well as Can Too Swim & Run.

We train ALL YEAR ROUND - rain - hail - shine & squad members attend the following races:
