Run Squad Timetable & Information

- 1 x Tuesday 6:30pm weekly track set for run drills, improved pacing, sprints & intervals, injury prevention tips.
- 1 x Saturday 8am Long Run to improve endurance, strength & BURN FAT!!!
- 6 week run program included!
Summer timetable - Below is the weekly squad guide & your fee commitment options:
1. Tuesday 6:30pm = Beginner friendly:
E.S Marks Athletics Field (click for map) - Boronia Street, Kensington (off Anzac Parade).
Best parking - Abbotford Street off Anzac Parade.
Combination of sprints, intervals & learning to pace correctly: choice of varying speeds & intensities.
- Meet in the Grandstand on the Western side of the field near the start/finish line.
- Track Entry is $4.50 payable to gate attendant.
- Session runs from 60-90 mins.
- Please be on time, this is an important quality track run session.
2. Thursday 6:30pm: Clovelly Surf Club - meet on steps in front of club, south side of the beach!
This is a hilly, tempo run starting with a run to Coogee with hills on the way home!
It is a perfect strength & endurance session ideal to get you into shape!
Option to also do run/ swim session...
3. Saturday 8am: Meet North Bondi Surf Club.
This is a combination of sprints, hills, stairs & an option to hit the sand!
- Saturday Rookies - if you are not confident just rocking up to Tues or Thurs squads, this is a perfect place to start! Participants have the option to walk/ run to get fit!
Meet 7:50am for an 8am start outside North Bondi Surf Club.
Half Marathoners & Marathoners/ Ironman program athletes often have a 7am start with 60 minutes easy & join the 8am run group for a longer run.
4. Sunday run off the bike or via program!
