Run Squad Timetable & Information

Bondi Fit weekly squad guide from beginners to marathoners: we offer casual run training or a combination of face to face run training & run programs for all the major funs runs, half marathons & marathons.

Sessions guide:

* Saturday 8am Centennial Park: long run of the week with options form 60 - 90 minutes.
Rookies - a mix of walk/ run until you get fitter!
Half Marathoners & Marathoners/ Ironman program athletes often have a 6:30am or 7am start with 60 - 90 minutes easy & join the 8am run group for a longer run.
Click here for location mapMeet flagpoles in front of the Federation Dome (where the dogs play) on Grand Drive near Loch Avenue intersection between Paddington & Woollahra gates. This is 500 metres past the restaurant or 200 metres past the toilets!
- Please look up map & be early as we don't allow late arrivals!

* Tuesday Track 6:30pm: combination of stretching, run drills, pacing, sprints & intervals.
* Sydney Athletic Field, Kensington – click here for location map.
Track is on corner of Anzac Parade & Allison Road with entry via Boronia St. 
* $5.50 track entry payable to gate attendant.
Best parking - Abbotford St , turn left off Anzac Parade heading south or off Doncaster Ave heading west. 

* Wednesday 5:30am: Prince Alfred Pool Entrance.

* Thursday City To Surf Special 6:30pm: lots of hills & out/ back tempo runs!
